"Cindy VanElls treats us like a debt collector on the opposite team vs an agent representing our behalf and best interest. Constantly speaks over u and cuts u off acting condescending as if we should know all the billing/processes/coverages on State Farm’s behalf which is the reason we seek agents to help us. So tired of gross people robbing us blind and treating us like were their enemy instead of their appreciated customer- they have us in a choke hold and unconstitutionally requiring we pay them or face consequences that end up seizing ur assets and criminal charges, loss of freedom if u do not pay them for driving your vehicle on public roadways. Atleast pretend like u appreciate ur customers while u stiff them Cindy!"

"All the reviews are done immediately after getting insurance, no wonder they are good. Try and file a claim and you'll need a lawyer. Steve VanElls will do everything possible so you can't make a claim."
"Hello Lee Lee, I checked our records and don't see that you've ever been a customer of our agency or that we've ever contacted you in any way. If you have a specific question, my team and I would be happy to try and assist you. If you need to file a State Farm Claim you have several options. You can call 800-SFClaim, go online to StateFarm.com or even file a claim from the State Farm app on your mobile device. Our State Farm Claims team makes all the decisions on claims not the Agent or the Agent's office. At the Agent's office our role in a claim is to help provide you with basic information such as your policy number, deductibles and instructions on how to file a claim. We can also assist with communication between State Farm Claims and the customer. "

"Was quoted insurance and took it, a week later they raised my rates. Not a way to keep customers. Kellie Barton was the agent."
"Thank you for your feedback. When an agency submits a customer's application for insurance, that application must be reviewed by an Underwriter. An insurance underwriter can give 4 different possible outcomes for that application before it becomes a policy. Option 1, everything is issued exactly as the salesperson submitted the application (this is what every salesperson in every insurance agency in America wants to see happen every single time). Option 2, the policy has less risk than originally believed and the policy will be issued for a lower premium than what the application was submitted at. Option 3, the risk is greater, and the policy can be issued for a higher premium that what the application was submitted at. Option 4, the risk is too great and the application for a policy was denied by the Underwriter. Thank you for your time and I wish you well. "
